This course will host a Japan LPGA event in 2012. I played with three friends on the "tokubetsu
self day" (特別セルフデー) This means that you
have to take your own bag out of your car walk it round to the cart area and once you have paid your
money you can then strap it to the cart yourself. All the nice little services that we get in Japan
were excluded but It means that the price was only ¥8000 including lunch (yes the kitchen's
still open)
They have a excellent driving range and bunker/approach practice area. Good sized practice putting
greens for both courses.
The fairways were wide with plenty of water hazards to avoid. The tee grounds were in good condition
and flat (hate having to tee off on an slope). A beautiful par three over a lake almost made me feel
like I was playing #17 TPC at Sawgrass (I have a good imagination). We played the sub greens which
were far far better than many courses main greens. They were medium-fast and the ball rolled true.
Not much different with the main greens in terms of distance but the main greens looked better
guarded by bunkers or water. Would return to play here again & again
