Anybody driving up Sunday, I would appreciate a lift....

A lift would be nice but happily take the train as well.

Playing Sat & Sunday so staying overnight , anybody got any recommendations on local hotels as an alternative to staying on the course overnight ??

You can't get a room at Windsor Park? If you can, I'd recommend staying there as you won't really save much money staying somewhere else. If no rooms at WP, your options are:
1. A business hotel in Tomobe (a real one horse town!)
Green Group Hotel Tomobe
The club bus drops off/picks up at Tomobe station so you can probably get a lift there and back.

2. A business hotel in Mito (20 minute drive from the course)
Plenty to choose from:

I would also like a ride if you have room. Pickup at the usual place -- 200-300 meters from Roppongi Intersection down towards Roppongi Hills if I remember correctly?

I see that there are two spots now open. I have another colleague that would like to play on Sunday but he is not a member of Golfjin (visiting from the US). Not sure what the rules are regarding more than one guest. Let me know if it's ok to sign him up for Sunday.

I'm taking the train, the clubs have gone T'bin and they will stay at WP until next week's Samurai Cup. vs --a poor attempt at Green vs Red teams
Last night I emailed WP asking for the club bus and as usual Yano-san replied promptly - solid gold.

Spike and I did some matchplay sparring for our Green Team legend Marcus a couple of weeks ago. Gave him a real work out we did!
