Attached is my readings in the car along Mito (Ibaraki). But further North it dropped a bit (0.20) and a little north of Hitachi I turned around

This link is excellent. The video is very good, but the pdf is even better, having been updated after the lecture to contain more information. All together, it is like one stop shopping for a full set of background information and data dump on the Fukushima situation.
